NO limit of how many lashes to be used. One could call it "multi-layers" or
"semi-permanent" or whatever terms used on the market, we commit to
achieve the best possible set every time. If there's a natural lash, it's
extended. If you only need a more subtle set, please let us know.
We have done hundreds of sets and have tried many different products .
Currently,, our estheticians perform no less than 110 sets of lashes every
month; That is about over 11000 strands of lashes. Our estheticians are well
experienced in the application of eyelash extensions. We do have our own
quality checking process to test new products.
Time required: 90 minutes Full Set Reg.: 120.00
Full Set by request: add 10.00
Refill Services: Depending on each individual case, we charge according to
the time to complete. If over 60% is required, the full set price might be
applied as some might have to be completely removed before re-applying. At
times, a few might have fallen out within the first week: such minor touch-
ups are done at no charge.
Notice: We do not re-fill work that was not done right by another salon. If it
is not done properly, a full removal might be necessary before re-applying. A
removal fee will be charged accordingly depending on the state of the
lashes: We had seen cases that required 45 minutes to remove as they were
applied in chunk.
Removal of lashes done by our salon: 25.00 and up
Preparation to have eyelash extension: Please remove mascara and eye
make-up. Bring along your eye make-up set so you can re-apply after the
eyelashes are set. You will not need to re-apply mascara after your eyelash
ext. is done.
VERY IMPORTANT: We need our customers NOT to be late on appointments,
because most of the time, we are booked back-to-back and we need a full 90
minutes to take care of your lashes.
If you had your lashes done elsewhere : If your lashes are overglued, we
will need more time to remove them. That means the standard time (90
minutes) allotted to eyelash extensions is not enough. Until we inspect the
status of your lashes we don't have an idea of the time required to remove
them.
Overglueing lashes is the worst kind of unprofessional job. This will cause
tremendous hard time in removing them. Fortunately, we only experienced
half a dozen such cases so far.
The time to remove the lashes in such cases is about 45 minutes to avoid
damaging your natural lashes. Thus there will be extra charge and we will
require extra time.
Lashes are supposedly attached ONE ON ONE, NEVER CLUMP TOGETHER.
This is the very first Quality criteria that can be visually inspected.
